Should You Brand Your Images?
Should you brand the images you are posting on social media? The answers are both yes and no. If you want to project a fun and lighthearted persona, avoid branding every image you post. Instead, add your logo to a few posts and leave others the way you uploaded them. Putting your brand all over your content may not be getting you any further to your goals for Instagram marketing.
Also, if you are planning to post any images you did not take, you will need to get the photographerâs permission to use them. Refer to Chapter 4 for a list of websites that offer royalty-free images you can use without worrying about copyright issues coming into play.
